1月18日，安踏体育发布公告称，丁世忠将卸任首席执行官并留任董事会主席，郑捷将留任执行董事，并将卸任集团总裁及户外运动品牌群CEO，将继续以亚玛芬首席执行官的身份主要负责亚玛芬相关业务，以上调整自2023年2月1日生效。
同时，赖世贤和吴永华的职位也出现调整，赖世贤将从首席财务官的职位卸任，转而担任联席首席执行官，吴永华则将卸任专业运动群CEO，新职位为联席首席执行官。
调整后，安踏体育将旗下品牌分为安踏主品牌、FILA品牌、亚玛芬与其他品牌四大板块，与此同时，几位高管的职责也有了更明确的划分。
公告称，丁世忠卸任后将继续在集团企业战略、人才建设、企业文化、经营监督等事项上发挥核心领导作用，直接管理集团内部审计与监察职能及收购合并事宜。
两位联席首席执行官分别执掌两个领域，吴永华分管FILA品牌、承担集团国际业务及集团若干职能，包括零售渠道管理及公共关系等）。赖世贤分管安踏品牌、除FILA品牌以外的所有其他品牌，承担集团采购以及集团的若干职能，包括人力资源、法务、投资者关系及行政管理等。
安踏表示，此次调整背后有三个方面的原因。其一，为了更好的落实其“多品牌”及“全球化”战略；其二，提升管理效率、强化集团人才梯队建设；其三，实现董事会主席及首席执行官由不同管理人员担任，完善集团企业管治。
